We all do dumb things. We press the wrong key, inadvertently click an OK button in a wrong dialogue box and before you know it, your computer goes into an altered state, gurgles, turns blue and crashes. (more…)

Our lovely Max is!
Most Bonza clients have been lucky to meet Max and some had him as their dedicated computer technician. Everybody loves Max! He is not only a good technician but a great guy. My computer won’t boot, and it has a Black Screen.
OH NO , NOT THE BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH!
We’ve had so many callouts to fix black screen problems lately, it’s time to talk about it in case people are still saying it’s related to Windows 7 or Microsoft’s own Security updates. Apparently, worldwide, millions of Windows 7 PC users had inoperable machines suffering from the dreaded Black Screen of Death after upgrading. (more…)

Wayne’s going awol!
That’s right folks, our Senior Technician is (irresponsibly) taking off to India (leaving us in the lurch) at the end of this month for 4 whole weeks.
You and the whole Bonza Team are going to miss him terribly. Fact is, Wayne hasn’t had a proper holiday since he started working after he finished his studies!
With the right style of beard and long hair he can easily pass himself off as a local Sikh or even a Saddhu so we don’t expect him to encounter any problems over there apart from Delhi belly. (more…)
