It&#8217;ll be someone like Bigpond. ISPs use SMTP (Standard Mail Transfer Protocol).<em> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Incoming<\/span><\/strong><\/em> mail is received via your Domain which Bonza provides. We use POP3. In the illustration above, I&#8217;ve &#8220;selected&#8221; the Bonza Mobile account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the right, click on the top button <strong>Change<\/strong>. (It&#8217;ll be something <strong>LIKE<\/strong> mail.yourdomain.com).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Outgoing mail server (SMTP): information is something like,\u00a0<em><strong>mail.bigpond.com<\/strong>, <strong>mail.optusnet.com.au.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the <strong><em>Logon Information<\/em><\/strong> area, type in your User Name: and Password: which Bonza will have given you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under the Password, click to put a tick in the &#8220;checkbox&#8221; <strong><em>Remember password<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Now click <strong>Next&gt;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Click <strong>Finish<\/strong>. You should be back at the standard Outlook screen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">PROBLEMS?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Can&#8217;t Receive Email?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check that you are connected to the internet by going to a website such as <a title=\"Google Australia\" href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com.au\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Google.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you can&#8217;t see the site, then you are not connected, and you&#8217;ll need to contact\u00a0your <strong>ISP <\/strong>(Internet Service Provider)<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Send yourself an email. Did you know you can do that?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Go to your account settings and check that (maybe) your username is your <strong>full<\/strong> email address &#8211; not just the\u00a0part before the &#8216;@&#8217; symbol.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make sure the incoming mail server is set correctly. It&#8217;ll be something like <strong>mail.yourdomain.com<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make sure you are typing in the correct password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make sure caps lock is not turned on when typing your password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contact <strong>Bonza<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Can&#8217;t Send Email?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Problems with sending email are caused by your <em>outgoing mail server<\/em> which is operated by your Internet Service Provider , not <strong>Bonza.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Call your ISP and get the settings from them.
