We remove Spyware, Adware, Malware and viruses
We triple check for keystroke loggers!
We check System errors in the registry
We review the Systems Event Viewer to assess the state of Windows operation and possible hardware failures such as hard drives, motherboard & RAM
We check for suspicious applications and remove those which are not required and could improve system boot time
We run a Disk Cleanup and defragment the hard drive

- Check for existence of Anti-Virus software (if used make sure it’s working/configured/updating)
